What wellness sessions are happening on the day?+
We have two taster sessions so you can try something new without committing to a full class. Both sessions are optional. Mary will lead The MOVA Method session from 4:00 to 4:30pm, and Bookee from Baan Astra will guide a Sound Healing session from 5:00 to 6:00pm. To join, tick the session on the RSVP form, and please bring your own yoga mat. Spaces are limited to 15 per session.
Do I need to bring anything for the sessions?+
Yes, if you're joining either taster, please bring your own yoga mat. Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in is a good idea too.
Can I bring my kids?+
This one is just for the mamas, so we ask that you leave the little ones at home for the afternoon. The only exception is babies in arms, who are very welcome to come along.
Can I bring my partner?+
Meet The Moms is a moms-only event, so partners will need to sit this one out. Think of it as their afternoon on nap duty 😉 They're more than welcome to dine in Indus's restaurant area though! It's open to regular guests and separate from our event space.
Can I bring my nanny?+
We totally understand wanting an extra pair of hands! Since food and drinks are charged per person by the venue, we're keeping the afternoon to moms only so we can make it as special as possible for everyone. That means we're not able to include nannies or helpers this time. Babies in arms are always welcome with you though, and our nursing corner is there whenever you need a quiet moment together.
Can I bring a guest?+
Yes, we'd love to meet your mama friends! Guests who aren't Village members are very welcome, with an entrance fee of 490 baht. Because food and drinks are charged per head, we ask that each guest RSVPs individually through our RSVP page so we can plan for them properly. Just a reminder that this is a moms-only event, so partners, nannies and older kids will need to sit this one out, but babies in arms are always welcome.
Where is the event?+
We're at Indus, using their bar area and garden. Indus is in Soi Sukhumvit 26. It's one of Bangkok's longest-running and best-loved Indian restaurants, and the garden makes it the perfect spot for a relaxed afternoon together.
How do I get there?+
The nearest BTS station is Phrom Phong (exit 2). Indus sits inside the soi rather than right on the main road, so from the station we'd recommend a quick Grab or taxi, or allow some extra time if you'd like to walk. Parking and valet are both available at Indus.
What food will there be?+
Chef's Bites, drinks, tea and coffee are included.
How do I RSVP?+
Spaces are limited, so please RSVP through our RSVP page to save your spot.
I have another question, who do I ask?+
Just message us on Instagram, our DMs are always open.
